You steal car like you would IRL. /me and /do commands are most important here. Use at least 5 of them.

Only Police has permission to shoot from drivers place(with reason of course), other people haven't. Other factions and civilians can shoot from passengers seats. Never whine about it, because LVPD job is already hard enough.
Name almost in IRL format only "First_Last" <--- that's the key!

Carl_Johnson - Celebrity name (Singleplayer CJ)!
James_Bond - Known name!
School_Bag - It's not name!
johnny_fife - Small letters!
nolifer123 - have to be as 2 names and can't use numbers in your own name!

- DeathMatching (DM):
Simple, killing person without any good reasons! Ramming other without reason is CarDM (CarDeathMatch). Parking on somebody and trying to kill so is called CarPark.
- Powergame(NonRP(Not Roleplay)): Playing superhuman with /do's(For weather, sounds and so on) and /me's(Message Emote) and also not using them. Not allowed!
Examples (WRONG):
1. Louis_Fletcher flies away.
2. Stealing car without /me commands and trying.
Examples (RIGHT):
1. Louis_Flecher tries to fly away. Louis_Flecher can't do it.
2. Louis_Flecher looks around, Louis_Flecher can't see nobody but finds a rock on ground. Louis_Flecher picks rock and smashes one window. Louis_Flecher gets in. Louis_Flecher starts hotwireing car. Louis_Flecher looks around. Louis_Flecher sees nobody. Louis_Flecher hotwires car. **car starts working.*((Louis_Flecher)) Louis_Flecher drives away. (this was RP (RolePlay))
- Metagame(NonRP): Using OOC(Out of Character) information IC(In Character).
Example (WRONG):

- Revenge kill (NonRP, DM(DeathMatch) and Metagame):
Example (WRONG): Somebody kills you IG(In Game) and you find him somewhere and kill him too. Not allowed! No right option in this!
- Stunt (NonRP drive also.): Jumping with car and reckless racing. IRL (In Real Life) you would be unconsciously in your car in this kind of issues. Not allowed!
- Roleplay (Also known as RP): Acting like you would IRL. Exact counterpart is NonRP. It's the only correct thing to do in RP servers. It contains: RP Drive, RP killing, RP car crashes, RP hurt, RP carjack, RP dealing, RP adverts, RP escaping, RP driveby and some more things. Most likely if you do all like you would in IRL, then you know how to RP.
- RP Drive - You drive like you would IRL. Look the speed limit, follow driving instructions and things like this. (VERY IMPORTANT)
- RP Killing - You kill someone like you would IRL. (Useful)
- RP Car Crash - Ramming something will cause stress and will hurt, depends of the speed and thing you ram. Sometimes you die, sometimes you get hurt, sometimes you just have to call mechanic or you can drive on.
- RP Hurt
Fist: Fight till hp is under 25%, after that do /crack. Because you are knocked out then. You can't fight or escape in next 2 minutes. If someone else has better weapon, then be quiet
.Spade, Baseball Bat: If your enemy has this kind of weapon, then you usually escape. Who gets first 3-4 hits, does /crack, you have to be at least 1 min in /crack and then you can get up. It depends how much that guy hits you after this.
Knife: If you get hit into your body once then you can escape. If it happens twice or more then you shall /crack.
Teargas(As Grenade and as Spray can): Everyone who don't have SWAT equip should escape. If you can't escape, you shall lay unconsciously on ground. Same thing is with "Spray Can". For Police it's Teargas spray, other may use it as Graffiti. This is really effective.
SDPistol(Silenced Pistol): This gun is with silencer, what makes this gun shot bit weaker. After this shot you should lay on ground. After this YOU CAN'T ATTACK ANYBODY OR ESCAPE.
Deagle(Desert Eagle): This is fatal gun, if you get one shot then you are Fu*ked up. Bulletproof vest may save you from one shot, but you will still fall. Second shot to you means kill if you don't have bulletproof vest.
Shotgun: It shoots 4 bullets with 1 shot. If you have this vest, then you may stay alive for some time, but you won't get up and attack back (Would you do so IRL?). Effective gun for eliminating one guy.
Combat Shotgun(SPAS): Same as shotgun, just faster and for S.W.A.T. only! Very effective for couple of guys.
MP5: Small caliber, 1 bullet won't kill. Of course it's really painful. If there are 5 bullets in you, then you should do /crack. This gun is effective for DriveBy's.
AK47 & M4: Military gun, really dangerous gun. It's bullet has same effect like shotgun has. /Crack for 2 shots. 5 or more bullets mean /kill.
County Rifle: Strong gun, used to hunt animals IRL. First shot = crack, second = incapacity, third = death/comatose( I hope it's right word
) (ambulance may only save your life)Sniper Rifle: Straight gun, Shoots like 3 Kilometers, 1 shot is always (If it don't come to head) /crack, 2 shots (/kill)
- RP Car Jack
